Male Bonding

Mich's dad recently developed quite a fascination for K-pop. And myself having found some interest in some K-pop MTVs *ahem* songs, particularly from certain girl groups, thought it might be interesting if I tried to bond with Mich's dad over them. Of course, this idea met with a fair amount of opposition.

Me: What would you say if I bonded with your dad over this?
Mich: No. There are many things you can bond with him over. Just not this.
Me: I mean, really, what do you think would happen if I went up to him and said, "Wah, so and so is very hot leh!"
Mich: I'll whack you.
